the girl & the fig in Sonoma is currently seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our team.

The Assistant HR Manager provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director with a variety of tasks including new hire onboardings, overseeing completion of staff trainings, record maintenance, and project based work. We are looking for candidates with organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a requirement as this role will be asked to lead Spanish trainings and new hire onboardings.
A Typical Day Includes...
- assisting with oversight of staff training, including coordinating with on-site managers, assigning trainings, tracking training progress, and checking in with staff
- assisting with incoming new hires, including scheduling appointments and conducting onboarding meetings
- conducting new hire onboarding and trainings in Spanish
- acting as first point of contact and support for Spanish speaking staff
- record maintenance and data entry
- processing incoming and outgoing mail
- the ability to speak both English and Spanish
- a minimum of one year experience in an administrative or related position
- knowledge of and efficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- professional verbal and written communication skills

- the ability to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard
